Resiliency Training

Resilience training is designed to proactively address the potential impact of high stress work and chronic traumatic event exposure. Training focuses on strengthening both individual and team resilience, improving performance, reducing burnout, and fostering long-term well-being.

  • Participants engage in practical strategies such as mindfulness practices, problem-solving techniques, and methods to maintain focus and motivation in high-stress situations. These skills are developed through hands-on exercises in both individual and group formats

  • A series of 3-5 interactive workshops, each lasting 1-2 hours.
    Topics covered can include stress management, adaptive thinking, emotional regulation, decision fatigue, and trauma coping strategies. These workshops can accommodate groups of 8-15 participants to ensure a balance between personal attention and group dynamics.

  • Ongoing support through follow-up sessions and access to resources are included to ensure skill acquisition and integration. Monthly check-ins are offered to helping participants and organizations to build sustained practices and a supportive work environment.
